COVID-19 PROTOCOL

Following the latest Italian and European laws in terms of COVID-19 pandemic emergency, OIC Srl as Organizing Secretariat developed a detailed Covid-19 Protocol. In case of any more questions, please feel free to ask us writing to: eors2021@oic.it

 

TOP 3 IMPORTANT THINGS to know about COVID-19 and EORS Congress:

1.

in Italy, a valid GREEN PASS is mandatory to access the Congress venue and the main means of transport (airplanes and high-speed trains).

2.

If you want to be updated on the latest rules for travelling to/from Italy you can always check the official Italian Government’s website: Info Covid Viaggiare Sicuri .

REGISTRATION DESK

The Organizing Secretariat Desk will be open for registration and information according to the following time schedule:

LANGUAGE

Although the official language spoken in Rome is Italian, travelers will find that many locals speak English, especially those who work in restaurants, hotels, and other places associated with tourism.

The official language of the meeting is English.

BADGES

Participants are kindly requested to wear the name badge when entering the congress venue and to access any offered services. The access to the above mentioned areas and services is not allowed without the badge.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

The certificate of attendance will be included in the congress kit.

EXHIBITION

An exhibition of the latest products and devices and scientific publications is located in Ground Floor. Opening hours will be corresponding to the congress activities as follows:

CLIMATE

Rome has a Mediterranean climate with cool winters and generally hot summers, which means that any time of year is good for visiting the city, but late summer in Rome is really wonderful. Mid-September daytime temperatures can be around 16°-27°C (61°F-80°F). Even if quite rare, rainfalls might occur.
